TRAVERS 2005

A special way of practicing Col-Art is an intervention on paintings of other epocs. In Travers, Switzerland, I found on the street and for waste disposal a painting of a bird – around 200 years old !- with evident qualities, but looking quite gloomy. With quite fiery colors I could transform him in a „fire-bird“... 70 / 40 cm oil / wood Unknown painter (around 1805) & Marc Kuhn (2005)

In the year 2000 Marc acquires a large old house in the village of TRAVERS (Jura Neuchâtelois),
which will become -each year a bit more- a good place to gard Col-Art-Works and produce new ones..
